Revisión sistemática de la literatura sobre ciudades inteligentes y tecnologías de servicios urbanos 2012 – 2021

Resumen

El propósito de este artículo es explorar, analizar y extraer sistemáticamente información científica de las bases de datos académicas Scopus, Web of Science y Google Académico sobre el desarrollo de ciudades inteligentes, tecnologías de servicios urbanos y ciudadanía. Se presentan y discuten avances significativos, identificando futuras líneas de investigación en torno al estado del arte y la frontera del conocimiento, nuestra posición es que las futuras ciudades inteligentes deben construirse desde una perspectiva ciudadana. Esta investigación surge del paradigma interpretativo bajo el enfoque cualitativo, lo que permitió la construcción de un método de revisión sistemática integral, el marco analítico y protocolo desarrollado permitió el análisis de 1676 documentos, las herramientas tecnológicas utilizadas fueron Citespace, Vosviwer y Ucinet. El análisis muestra la necesidad de construir ciudades inteligentes desde una perspectiva ciudadana, impulsando un emergente sistema de información disruptivo que brinde servicios tecnológicos de calidad apoyados en políticas públicas y gobernanza inclusiva, además, se determinaron 4 grupos de tendencias futuras a abordar en dicho campo de conocimiento enmarcado en el análisis de tecnologías urbanas, gobernanza inteligente, capital humano e innovación y plataformas emergentes de planificación urbana para ciudades inteligentes.
