Abstract

Coaching is a somewhat formal, short-term, performance-oriented relationship with a coach who has experience in a particular area that the coach wants to improve, for example skills and job performance. In today's business environment, companies must continually develop and maximize the talents of their workforce. The answer is to create a culture in which workforce development is a shared responsibility. An optimal mentoring model should include several steps to help create a formal corporate mentoring program that not only helps people develop the personal skills they need in the future, but also helps the company develop a talent team. that will catalyze your future success. Mentoring models help employees perform at their best. This type of culture can provide a strong and lasting foundation for continued learning and growth. A mentoring program should have strong objectives, processes, procedures, roles, and responsibilities, including metrics. Program goals can be tailored to meet business needs and individual needs.
