Performance evaluation at the district health directorate 08d01

The performance evaluation in the work environment is an internal tool in the institutions to distinguish the internal problems of the workers in order to optimize the processes through the results of the models used with the purpose of improving the professional growth, even more, if it is in the field of health, the objective of the research is to analyze the evaluation of work performance in the district health management 08D01. For the development of this study, the methodology used was a mixed qualitative and quantitative approach, in the same way with an analytical-synthetic and inductive-deductive method, using the interview technique applied to the district director and surveys to 30 employees. As a result, Table 5 shows the reason that prevents an efficient job performance evaluation, showing 86.7% that it is competitiveness within the institutional environment. Likewise, 70% say that the personnel they work with are not trained, which is a threat to the achievement of the district management's objectives. It is concluded that the lack of control in the evaluation of work performance will generate internal challenges due to the lack of knowledge of the potential of each worker.
