Ethical dilemma in social life and a global economy

Abstract

This work focuses on analysing two issues that do not come together but are inseparable like railway tracks: law and desire. Based mainly on authors from the Frankfurt school and other authors from the French school, the philosophical approach describes how human beings, little by little, voluntarily lose their rights thanks to the promise of desire and new pleasures that they do not yet possess. The pleasure principle in all its splendour. There is emphasis on two aspects: the segregation stereotype for discrimination and economic isolation to privatize rights and promote life among those who have money to pay their rights.
