Abstract

Emotional intelligence played a crucial role in human talent management, significantly influencing the organizational and financial performance of companies. It was recognized that emotional skills allowed better management of interpersonal relationships within the work environment, which favored communication, effective leadership and conflict resolution. Organizations that promoted the development of emotional intelligence in their employees observed improvements in the work environment and team motivation, which had a positive impact on productivity and the fulfillment of strategic objectives. Leaders with high emotional intelligence were able to make better decisions, effectively manage stress, and promote a collaborative work culture. In addition, it was evidenced that the emotional well-being of employees directly influenced their level of commitment and performance, which generated a positive impact on the profitability of companies. By strengthening these competencies, staff turnover was reduced and human resources were optimized. In short, the integration of emotional intelligence in human talent management was consolidated as a key factor in achieving organizational and financial success.
