This article, carried out within the framework of the research project of the Law Program at Universidad Estatal del Sur de Manabí (UNESUM) entitled “Legal education through radio stations and the internet”, analyzes the role of radio and the internet as strategic tools for legal education in the context of administrative and migratory processes. It starts from the premise that the democratization of legal information is essential to guarantee access to justice and the full exercise of citizens’ rights. Using a qualitative and documentary approach, the study examines how radio continues to be a massive communication channel with strong penetration in rural and vulnerable communities, while the internet enables interactivity, constant updating, and access to global legal databases. The findings show that both media, when used in a complementary manner, enhance legal education, reduce the access-to-justice gap, and strengthen legal culture in contexts of human mobility and complex administrative procedures.
