Abstract

This study aims to develop a functional intelligent dashboard prototype oriented toward improving the management of vacations and leave requests at the Council of the Judiciary of El Oro. This proposal seeks to reduce the various problems that arise from carrying out a partially manual process for managing these requests. The objective was to design and develop a functional prototype that centralizes information, automates visualizations, and provides key indicators in real time. The Scrum methodology was employed for iterative development, accompanied by the Big Rocks strategy for better prioritization of deliverables. As a result, a functional prototype was developed using Angular 20 and Spring Boot (Java 21) with Spring Data JPA, structured on a SQL Server database, featuring 17 visual components including KPI cards, distribution charts, temporal analysis, and operational tables. The prototype was evaluated using the ISO/IEC 25010 quality model, validating its compliance with key software quality characteristics. It is concluded that the prototype is technically viable and constitutes a functional proposal that could lay the groundwork for a future implementation in institutional human talent management processes.
