It is very important to pay attention to the characteristics of the organizational and economic means that stimulate the development of innovation, such as associativity, whose effectiveness can be evaluated based on the impact on the company's innovation activities and the impact on innovation and development. of the company. Among the organizational and economic means to stimulate innovation and company development, the author marks the means of human capital development, the means of business management and the economic and financial growth of the local ecosystem. For its part, the Territorial Economy investigates the aspect of competitiveness and the territory by studying production, employment, income, productive sectors, physical and human capital, technology, infrastructures, etc. Organizational behavior and associativity are the basic management variable of all organizations. Despite previous studies on social capital, the role of factors as an organizational network in its emergence has received little attention.
