Public and Political Administration in Ecuador

Public administration in Ecuador is a problem for society, where there are many contentious administrative processes, focused on the improvement of theoretical assumptions to be taken into consideration in legal provisions. As a general theme, the functioning of the Public Administration is analyzed, the objective being to identify the need to execute the general legal norms that regulate the functioning of the public administration in Ecuador, and that contributes to the improvement of the administrative legal regime, from the review of valuable secondary sources of study of a New Public Administration, to write a new Organic Code of Public Administration in the Republic of Ecuador, and the legal drafting of normative texts, which contain the guidelines of the constitutional regime with bases of public administration of the entities and Ecuadorian Public Administrative organs.
