The computer and the degree of contamination of technological waste from the Jipijapa collection centers
Keywords:
electronics; technological waste; pollution, environment.Abstract
The constant evolution of technological devices is due to the needs of the human being to be able to use products with new functionalities according to the constant changes that occur in this globalized world, which is why companies create innovative products that attract attention of end users. These constant changes cause certain technological equipment to become obsolete and discarded, generating technological waste that harms the ecosystem where they are housed. Technological garbage forms residues that are produced by the elimination of equipment that works with electricity, which can be both analog and digital. However, with the advent of the digital age, most of the technological waste produced today is of this technological type. Technological waste is a big problem because most of it is very polluting, and its effects can last more than a thousand years. The present investigation carries out a study on the impact of technological waste and its impact on the environment.
