Abstract

This research covers an analysis based on relative aspects of the feasibility that is expected to be achieved with the use of information technologies under the profile of different computer tools included in the teaching-learning process, with the fairness of finding in each of them They are a way to develop the intellect of all students, including those with some degree of disability, at the Instituto Superior Tecnológico San Pedro in Portoviejo. For the development of it, substantial objectives are used, such as the diagnosis of the existing educational dynamics, in addition to analyzing the use of inclusive computer tools in the teaching process at the higher institute level, carrying out a qualitative, descriptive study and bibliographical by using different methods. On the other hand, use is made of the survey towards students with disabilities of the same institute that strengthens the investigation and its result as a significant contribution. The research carried out led to the conclusion that within the teaching-learning process towards students with disabilities of the institute, there is a lack in terms of the use of tools qualified as inclusive, which leads to the need to include the use of technologies of information as a proposal for improvement with a vision of educational quality. On the other hand, it was determined that the objective of the research contributes significantly to the inclusive educational quality at the Instituto Superior Tecnológico San Pedro in Portoviejo, enhancing the educational qualities of teaching-learning.
