Types and schemes of vaccines applied against Covid – 19 in Ecuador

The pandemic caused by the SARS – CoV – 2 virus, known as COVID – 19, has caused a great impact worldwide, so scientists from all over the world began to carry out tests to find immunization against this virus; For this reason, this research work aims to publicize the vaccination system that has been used in Ecuador in order to address the issue of the types of vaccines that were used during the immunization of the inhabitants, as well as the scheme used. Finding the necessary data in the databases of the Ministry of Public Health of Ecuador, as well as in local newspapers. It is currently known that a large number of vaccines developed in China have arrived in the country, Sinovac and Cansino have so far delivered 22.50 million doses to the Ecuadorian government. A scheme of the doses that should be administered to citizens was presented, however, the Ministry of Public Health has begun to present new guidelines to promote a new reinforcement of the applied vaccines.
