Abstract

The purpose of this research was to formulate a proposal of indicators that allow the analysis of the social economic management of programs conceived in development plans at the local level, which facilitates decision-making before possible deviations from the expected results once the plan is approved. comprehensive development. The research is based on the analysis of the development update plan of the Tena canton, Napo province, Ecuador. It is part of the descriptive-exploratory level, to determine the impact of efficiency on the development of the territory studied with the measurement of yields for each level of activity. A documentary review was carried out, with a correlation of the proposed indicators and the investment, finally, the conglomerate analysis is used to be able to observe the way in which the indicators are related to each other. The research concludes with the proposal of economic indicators that facilitate the measurement of the performance of resources used, it is shown that they act as a system for decision making.
