Teacher motivation in the teaching-learning process

The teaching motivation is convenient in the educational transformation, it influences the behavior of the individual, in such a way that it awakens their interest and attention to contribute to the development of skills and the effort to share knowledge, ensuring an effective and lasting training that allows them to make better decisions. On the other hand, educators contribute to the students' state of mind in such a way that they can create an attractive environment. The aim of the study is to assess motivation in the teaching-learning process. In the search, a methodology based on the collection of information was used in order to respond to the objectives. In this sense, the type of inquiry was qualitative, bibliographic and documentary. The design was non-experimental, since none of the variables were manipulated, the methods used were analytical and documented sources, and the survey with 8 questions was implemented as a data collection instrument. The results showed that motivation is fundamental for academic progress, it helps the teacher to develop skills and abilities that facilitate pedagogical procedures at the level of motivation, it was demonstrated that family representatives are of great benefit in the child's progress.
