Training, a pedagogical category recognized as a process and result in Higher Education

Abstract

Educating is not transmitting advances in science and technology to students, but developing in them a scientific conception of the world, about society, nature, human beings, thought and about themselves, which becomes convictions and core of his training. One of the objectives of the research is to recognize the pedagogical category training as a process and result, currently the assimilation of scientific knowledge of contemporary times in the formation of a conception and scientific attitude towards the phenomena of reality, by students. from a scientific thought with a responsible attitude towards knowledge and employment based on social good, which is achieved through the unity between the scientific character and the intentionality of education. The teaching practices are designed to train our teachers as future competent professionals who contribute to raising the quality of an education with responsibility. For this, the use of practical theoretical methods is proposed that allows us to verify the importance of implementing the study-work principle in our young people in training.
